ATC Gracie Classroom Rules:

1) Only ATC Gracie approved gear and equipment may be used in class.
2) No horse-playing in class.
3) Uniforms must be kept clean.
4) Students must not walk around without Gi Pants or a Gi Top / Shirt.
5) No shorts allowed during training.
6) Nails need to be kept trimmed.
7) Tap Out don't be macho - you can get injured by being stubborn.
8) Be humble and considerate of others.
9) Respect your instructors, senior and junior belts.
10) Maintain a professional training atmosphere.
11) Grapple with full self control.
12) Child may not grapple without supervision by an instructor.

6)   Study and work to maintain top grades
7)   Keep your room clean and organized.

10) Say no to drugs, alcohol and smoking.

Teen & Adults ( Plus Juniors)

1)    Treat people with respect, including children.
2)    Be patient with your family.
3)    Judge yourself not others.
4)    Be Kind to others.
5)    Be kind to your loved ones.
6)    Be honest and loyal.
7)    Remember and stick to your commitments.
8)    Treat everyone like you would want to be treated.
9)    Respect you Grandmasters, Masters and Instructors.
