Welcome to ATC Rocian Gracie Centers our classes teach self defense as well as the technical aspect of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Rocian Gracie Jr offers a specialized training curriculum in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are taught by Rocian Gracies brother Black Belt K.O. Spillmann
ATC Rocian Gracie classes focuses on real-world self-defense as well as the sport aspect. If you are looking for more of the sport aspect then try our team classes.
ATC Gracie offers classes in Rocian Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. ATC also offers several programs and martial arts that utilize stand-up, ground, armed, and hand-to-hand techniques, exploring personal strengths and weaknesses, as well as preparing our students for almost any situation that they may encounter.
ATC Rocian Gracie welcomes students of all ages and ability levels to join us for a Free Trial Lesson.
